A character study episode where a Peaceful protest forces Picard to become a Special envoy to a ferengi, testing his moral fortitude (and, more importantly, allowing Patrick stewart to show off his theatre acting chops). Eventually he is rescued by Barclay, but not before giving an impassioned speech on the dangers posed by being Infected with an alien virus.
